因為工作需要, 常常要回覆一些大大小小的email(註:大者,重要電郵也;小者,無聊郵件也)。個人比較喜歡回大email,因為內容通常較"豐富",即使打錯字或有文法上的小錯誤也不會太礙眼,只要言之成理,言之有物即可。相反, 回覆小email(例如那些: 完成後請告知)便頭痛了, 常常用某類字眼, 會讓人覺得連回覆email都這麼沒心機, 到底你對工作還是否有熱誠啊? 可是明明就是應該這樣回答, 不然你還想怎樣?!
最怕是遇到有些人把email cc來cc去, 遇上cc到老闆那裡的email,明明半分鐘就可以回覆的電郵,結果要用10分鐘,先draft 內容,再執字眼,最後還要double check文法, 實在費時失事得很!
舉個例子, 有個新project因為某些問題要常常對稿件作出修改, 常常要於電郵報告進度及"告知已完成",於是乎,電郵裡便會常常出現以下句子:
(短版) It's done, please check.
(中長版) Amendment done. please check and let me know if there's any problem.
(加長版) The xxx is revised. Please check and feel free to let me know if there you would need further amendment.
(特別加長版) The xxxx is revised as requested. I am attaching you the amended document. Please feel free to take a look and comment. Do let us know if you would need further amendment. Thank you.
...唉,各位還有沒有很好的方法教教我怎樣可以得體地回答這類電郵?

No, no suggestion. Your responses are fine, and I don't think it matters that you use the same wordings repeatedly. It does not reflect that you have no passion for your job. But sounds like you work in HK, my business emails can be quite concise in the US, even to the big bosses. =D Sometimes I'll just say "done." But Americans are sloppy that way. =D
